Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Government purchasing or contract experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive work experience managing procurement functions
  • Three years of negotiation experience preferred
  • Experience with state procurement laws, rules, policies and procedures
  • Experience with principles and techniques of public acquisition
  • Experience working in a remote environment preferred
