Job Summary

  • This role encompasses leading and managing global Talent Strategy projects across all employee types as well as the Human Capital ‘Chief of Staff’ function which includes communications, budgeting, and other internal projects.
  • Work with senior business and HC leaders, and the CPO (Chief People Officer) to ensure we attract, retain, and develop our talent and deliver compelling value propositions to all our colleagues.
