The unit cares for a diverse and high-acuity population treating conditions such as sepsis, acute respiratory failure, and cardiac arrest with targeted temperature management.

Invasive monitoring including PA catheters
Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds

Ability to function in stressful environments
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Experience with massive transfusion protocols
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Current/valid State of New Jersey RN license
CPR certification required
Medical terminology knowledge required
Computer and keyboard skills required
