Job Summary

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the local research team, fostering a high-performance culture, developing junior talent, and ensuring alignment with national best practices.
  • Provide strategic, client-facing research support for broker pursuits and client deliverables, directly influencing business development outcomes.

Salary

Base: $106,384 to $120,000; Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus; Benefits: Medical, RX, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, 401k match, 10 sick days, 15+ vacation days, 10 holidays, 2 personal days, 12 weeks paid parental leave (birth parents), 4 weeks (non-birth parents)

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, real estate, or related field
  • 5+ years applied research or analytics experience
  • Proven track record of project ownership and/or team leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Expertise with CoStar, MSCI-RCA, Tableau/Power BI and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Client-facing communication and storytelling expertise
