Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • MS with 3+ years or BS with 5+ years experience
  • 2+ years high-throughput screening experience
  • Mammalian cell culture and nucleic acid transfection
  • Liquid handler operation (Viaflo, Tecan, etc.)
  • Miniaturization of assays to 384-well format

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with ASO, siRNA, SSO, or RNA editors
  • Automated liquid handler scripting skills
  • Digital PCR and next-generation sequencing workflows
  • Familiarity with liver, CNS, kidney, or lung tissue models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Requirements

  • MS degree with 3+ years experience OR BS with 5+ years
  • Minimum 2 years in high-throughput screening and automation
  • Proven experience with mammalian cell lines and transfection techniques
