Job Summary
Your mission is to build the industrial capability that makes this ramp-up possible; define work packages, qualify processes, standardise methods and anticipate capacity needs before the production team requires them.
We are looking for someone who can structure, industrialise and anticipate, rigorous in execution and documentation, equally at ease in co-engineering with Design teams and in direct interface with Production AIT teams on the floor.
In due course, structure, recruit, manage and develop the Industrialisation & Methods team.
