Primary Location Base Pay Range: $232,000 USD - $348,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $196,100 USD - $348,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

  • 15+ years strategic customer engagement, product management, or outbound product management in SaaS
  • 5+ years leadership experience in product management teams

  • Proven track record to influence executive-level collaborators and technical roadmaps without direct authority
  • Expertise in interpreting complex performance and business metrics
