Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (prior to 2002)
Master's degree in Physical Therapy (prior to 2016)
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License
Eligible for Arkansas PT License within 1 month
Intermediate computer skills
Pass state abuse registry checks
Pass drug screen
Submit to TB skin test and required immunizations
