Job Summary

  • Partnering with ERM Subject Matter Experts and ERM Change and Transformation leaders, we are recruiting junior level consultants and are keen to hear from candidates with previous experience in Learning and Behavioral Change Management.
  • You will have broad and proven experience in operationalizing learning & change initiatives through enterprise-wide transformation, building plans and executing against the strategy.
  • Deliver high quality work that meets or exceeds expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
