  • Technical support for enterprise cloud software
  • Experience with SaaS support
  • Troubleshooting full stack web applications
  • Working knowledge of Linux and SQL

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Support role

  • Participation in global on-call rotation
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, .NET, or C#
