The Assistant Manager, Strategic Communications & Outreach will provide strategic leadership in planning, developing and executing integrated communication and outreach strategies that support both Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications functions. The role plays a critical role in strengthening brand reputation, stakeholder trust, and engagement with internal and external audiences, while mentoring team members and ensuring high standards of content, governance, and delivery across channels. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Planning Lead the development and execution of integrated corporate and marketing communications strategies aligned with organisational priorities Translate organisational vision, strategies, and programmes into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences Provide strategic counsel to senior stakeholders on communication approaches, risks, and opportunities Corporate Communications Oversee internal communications to ensure clear, timely and consistent messaging across the organisation Manage media relations, thought leadership and issues/crisis communications, in coordination with senior management Safeguard organisational reputation by ensuring accuracy, quality, and tone of all corporate communications Marketing Communications & Outreach Guide marketing and publicity efforts for campaigns, fundraising, and outreach initiatives Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels including digital, social media, publications, and campaigns Support data-informed content planning to improve reach, engagement, and conversion People & Project Management Lead, mentor and develop executives, interns and/or agencies under the portfolio Oversee workplans, timelines, and vendor management to ensure timely and effective delivery Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including editorial calendars, content approval processes, and brand guidelines Measurement & Reporting Track, analyse and report on communications an
