Job Summary
Responsible for providing overall operational leadership for the Patient Financial Services (PFS) and Single Business Office (SBO) departments at Baptist Health.
Effectively oversees, directs and controls the functions of the PFS and SBO within the operational and financial parameters as set forth by the Baptist Healthcare System, its policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and state and federal law.
Ensures that the privacy and confidentiality of patient information is maintained.

Lean Six Sigma green or black belt with management experience
