Job Summary
Perform daily activities in the Laboratory Department to ensure optimum efficiency and quality of plant operations.
The technician is responsible for the accurate analysis of products and ingredients during all phases of production to ensure adherence to specifications for quality and Food Safety.
At the direction of the Laboratory Manager, responds to quality problems and pursues and implements remedies to such problems.
