Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three years experience with juvenile/family client population or related human services
Juvenile Justice Officer Basic Training certification
Must pass criminal background, drug, psychological, sexual risk, and physical tests
Must be US citizen and at least 20 years old
Valid driver’s license
Compliance with NC Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards
