Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to plan and direct an ongoing program of activities designed to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
The incumbent must keep abreast of current federal and state regulations while participating in facility surveys and developing plans of correction for deficiencies.
Responsibilities include developing a monthly activity schedule that covers group activities, outings, and in-room options for bed-bound residents.
