  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • 3+ years in hereditary or germline genetic testing
  • Experience engaging genetic counselors and KOLs
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or Genetics
  • Minimum 3 years experience in biotech, medtech, pharma, or diagnostics
  • Minimum 3 years managing diagnostic services
  • Residency in New York, California, or North Carolina near a Labcorp hub
  • Demonstrated success commercializing regulated diagnostic products
