The Cabler/Taper Operator is responsible for the setting-up and the operation of the 66” cabler to combine component sub-assemblies into a twisted bundle.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Operate 66” cabler
Combine component sub-assemblies
Load payoff(s) using hoist
Set-up equipment with proper dies
Maintain manufacturing control system paperwork
Inspect product/samples for quality
Maintain work area housekeeping
Nice-to-have
Strive for continuous improvement
Promote safety in all processes
Perform quality work without supervision
Communicate with other shift operators
Assist with training new employees
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
