Job Summary

• The Hardware Engineering Intern for Leica Biosystems is involved in the design and release of a series of sustainment and value-added value engineering (VAVE) projects for cost reduction, reliability improvement or other general sustainment projects related to Leica Biosystem’s product line of Aperio Whole Slide Imaging Scanners.
• You will be a part of the Hardware Engineering team and report to the Manager, Hardware Engineering.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform system-level testing to produce data for use within design of experiments and work with engineering team on various tasks, including but not limited to, machining, electronics, programming, verification & validation and system-level design and troubleshooting.
