Job Summary
This position has responsibility for the review of Annual and Semi-Annual Financial Statements as well some monthly/quarterly reports for alternative structures (private equity / real estate / debt funds) and hedge funds under Lux GAAP / US GAAP / IFRS.
The Officer will play a key management role when ensuring that quality deliverables are provided to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a substantive expertise and knowledge of the alternative funds industry - both technical and operational – with a clear footprint and profound expertise in accounting and financial reporting around these regulated and unregulated structures (Lux GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, Consolidation).
