Job Summary
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, admitting and checking out patients, processing payments, managing financial information, and communicating information between clients and staff.
The ideal candidate will have at least one-year experience in a veterinary setting and a strong customer service background.
