Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for driving and growing consumer tyre business across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain Yemen and Algeria.
  • With a strong commercial and consultative approach, you will identify and develop market opportunities, strengthen channel execution, and leverage market intelligence to achieve mid- to long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and execute Bridgestone’s consumer tyre market strategy across all key regions in KSA (Central, Western, Eastern, Southern).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline
  • 6–9 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven experience in consumer tyre, automotive aftermarket, or FMCG sector
  • Strong track record managing distributors, key accounts, and retail networks in KSA or GCC
  • Arabic – Fluent (spoken and written)
  • English – Fluent / Business professional level
