Job Summary
Monitor and oversee timely and effective execution of all responsibilities, including maintaining a consistent workflow across the team and managing all activities in alignment with established processes (SOPs).
Drive performance with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs), identify and propose corrective actions where needed, and gather and analyze data to improve processes and promote best practices.
Handle orders including those with unavailable items, update Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for incoming POs, and process deliveries in accordance with company standards.
