Job Summary
This role leads the Strategy, Planning & Capabilities agenda for the Europe OU P&C function, including enterprise-wide Organizational Effectiveness.
You will steward Europe P&C routines and operating mechanisms, elevate execution excellence, and build the capabilities, infrastructure and culture required for a world-class People & Culture function.
Lead internal culture and data communities of practice to embed evidence-based decision-making, inclusive leadership behaviors, and continuous improvement.
