Job Summary

• The Delivery & Program Management Office (PMO) Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful end to end delivery of the program and establish and maintain strong governance, standards and oversight.
• The role combines hands on delivery leadership i.e. driving planning, execution, risk and issue management and stakeholder engagement, with ownership of the PMO function including setting methodologies, reporting frameworks, resource planning, performance tracking and governance reporting and coordination.

• Experience in Regulatory Remediation Plans (preferable)
• Experience in leading large-scale transformation programs
• Proven experience in establishing and leading PMOs

• People management skills
• Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively across the organisation
