Skills & Requirements
Must-have
out of town retail and leisure schemes
preparation of marketing materials and reports
undertaking pre-sale and acquisition due diligence
generation of buy side idea targets
underwriting assets using cashflow modelling
client service for a wide variety of clients
Nice-to-have
strong underlying knowledge of the market
entrepreneurial, industrious and hungry for success
coaching and upskilling of graduates
Key Requirements
RICS certification preferable
Experience working in capital markets or out of town agency
Highly numerate with good report writing skills
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
