Job Summary

  • The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Primary responsibilities include installation and maintenance of tires and wheels, repairing, rotating, and inflating tires, attaching and rebalancing wheels, and installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
  • For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include a quarterly bonus, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a company-funded retirement plan, paid time off, short- and long-term disability, employee discount, and tuition assistance.
