Base: $138,392.80 - $207,589.20; Bonus/Equity: Short-term incentive bonuses and equity-based awards; Benefits: Retirement programs, paid time off, health, dental, and vision coverage

Key Requirements
PhD in relevant scientific discipline with 3+ years experience or MS with 7+ years industry experience
Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
Hands-on experience with analytical instruments for formulation characterization
Demonstrated scientific excellence via publications or patents
Ability to lead scientific/project activities effectively
