This role will work cross-functionally to maximize the value of the US Operations group, primarily supporting the Sales Incentive team within the Animal Health US Commercial business unit.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
Employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will follow a hybrid work model with three days on-site per week and remote work on Fridays, effective September 5, 2023.

Salary
Base: $106,200.00 - $167,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Knowledge of Unix shell scripting
Experience with data stewardship tools like Informatica
