Job Summary

  • The Veterinary Infectious Disease Surveillance Advisor will support the implementation of surveillance activities under the STRIDES program, including animal health and zoonotic disease surveillance in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and other GHS partners.
  • Responsibilities include leading the development, coordination, and implementation of surveillance activities, working with Government of Indonesia counterparts, and strengthening national and subnational animal and human infectious disease surveillance capacity.
  • The advisor will serve as a technical expert on animal and human disease surveillance aligning with global guidelines and facilitate technical working groups to strengthen multisectoral collaboration and data-sharing frameworks.
