Job Summary

• Investigate non-compliance with directions, licence conditions, content codes and relevant legislation administered by IMDA.
• Recommend appropriate penalty for contraventions and take follow up action, including preparing charges and statements of facts for prosecution.
• Assist in developing penalty frameworks, reviewing investigation processes, and implementing case management systems.
