  • As Operations Director, you will be responsible for end-to-end operational performance across nine manufacturing sites, owning results across safety, compliance, quality, service, cost, reliability, and people leadership.
  • Key responsibilities include fostering a strong Safety & Health culture, driving reliability program maturity, leading continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, and partnering with Finance and Engineering for strategic planning and capital discipline.
  • The role requires coaching and developing Plant Managers and Site Leaders, building succession plans, and fostering an engaged, disciplined, and high-performance organizational culture.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple sites or a very large/complex flagship site
  • Strong knowledge of operational risk, EHS management systems, and compliance expectations
  • Proven experience deploying Lean / CI systems with measurable results
  • Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) preferred
