Key Requirements
5 years supervisor/manager experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Waste-to-Energy maintenance experience or power, military, industrial or chemical plant maintenance background
knowledge of maintenance budgeting and methodologies
Proficiency in work management processes
Thorough understanding of Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance Practices
