Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Experience handling third-party claims, litigation or related experience
• Knowledge of legal/regulatory and litigation/procedural requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• Multi-state adjuster licenses and/or JD preferred
• Experience in negotiation, mediation, arbitration and ADR skills
• Ability to influence claims and non-claims stakeholders
