Job Summary

  • Provide operating and administrative support to senior leaders, simultaneously shaping and executing long-term strategic change, whilst helping to navigate complex challenges in the performance of their roles.
  • Manage the interface between business management in Customer & Digital UK and India operations, alongside directly managing/ coordinating function teams in India.
  • Drive effective governance and alignment with BUK objectives through ensuring Board, Exco papers and CEO escalations meet quality thresholds and communicate critical business matters.
