Lead the P2D project within the S4/HANA program to ensure successful go-live and subsequent rollouts, including migration, testing, and training coordination.
Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate tasks to meet time, quality, and cost objectives, and define project priorities and outcomes.
Support the implementation of new end-to-end processes through effective communication, training, and ongoing support, reporting regularly to project sponsors and program management.
