Must-have
Tennis coaching qualification ITF Level 1
Padel certification or demonstrable experience
Valid Standard First Aid with CPR/AED
Willingness to work 150+ hours monthly
Experience coaching children and adults
Nice-to-have
Past touring professional experience

Key Requirements
Minimum ITF Level 1 Tennis Coaching Qualification
Recognized Padel Coaching Certification (e.g., FIP, PadelMBA)
