Job Summary

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across our Patient Experience organization, shaping and delivering strategic programs that directly impact patient care and outcomes.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to design, implement, and optimize programs spanning field operations, care center activities, and enterprise-wide PEx initiatives.
  • This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, collaboration, and execution capabilities in a field-based work model with approximately 20% travel.
