Job Summary

  • Lead innovation and troubleshooting across all painting and finishing operations to ensure the highest quality finishes on Dyson products.
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of painting processes, from development and testing to shop-floor optimization, and provide expert guidance in troubleshooting paint defects.
  • Partner closely with RDD and CMF teams to translate design aspirations into robust and reliable painted parts, while leading projects to improve painting efficiency and introduce new technologies.
