Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in tech transfer, process development, MSAT, or manufacturing
5+ years managerial experience in Pharma/Biotech
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a technical field
Experience working with CDMOs/CMOs
Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory expectations
