Job Summary
The Licensed Medicare Benefit Advisor position is responsible for driving Medicare Sales through professional and consultative selling on plan options in prospect areas while in an inside sales environment.
Benefit Advisors will consult and educate seniors on the best Medicare Life and Health Plans that would best suit their needs, with consultations and enrollments completed over the phone.
The total compensation range for this position is $55,000.00 - $100,000+ per year (Salary + Uncapped Monthly Medicare Discretionary Incentive Plan).
