Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local standards.
The role involves participating in the development of written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting in facility surveys by government agencies.
Staff members must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress while working with ill, disabled, elderly, and sometimes hostile individuals.
