Must-have
Managing purchase order creation and tracking
Evaluating PO types and budget justification
Handling tax exempt area invoices
Contacting external suppliers and internal customers
Reviewing approval flows for high amount orders
Troubleshooting specific purchase order cases
Working night shift (10pm to 8am Malaysia time)

Good operation leadership skills
