• Bachelor's degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus
• Associate's degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software
