Job Summary
The AV Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day AV service operations in support of one of Astreya’s largest global customers, leading a team of AV Technicians and other supporting team members.
Responsibilities include maintaining agreed service level agreements, key operational metrics, reporting, and budget status, while ensuring all program documentation is up-to-date and staff are fully trained on processes.
