Key Requirements
Master's degree (MSN) required upon hire or within 3 years
Active state license as RN and APRN (NP/PA/CNS)
National certification by accredited organization
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or PALS/NRP
Physician supervision agreement or arrangement required
Credentialing and privileging by Medical Executive Committee
