Key Responsibilities include advising insurers and reinsurers on D&O and Financial Institutions claims, from notification through to resolution, and handling claims against a variety of financial institutions.

Key Requirements
England & Wales qualified solicitor
Significant post-qualification experience in Financial Institutions and/or D&O insurance work
Experience handling or supporting litigation, arbitration and mediation
Desirable: insolvency-related claims, regulatory investigations or financial misconduct matters
