Job Summary

  • Provide advanced expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and performing preventative and predictive maintenance on general facilities systems equipment, including plumbing, mechanical equipment, pumps, piping, backflows, and drains.
  • Repair and maintain mechanical building systems such as chilled water, hot water distribution, distilled water & reverse Osmosis systems, lab gas systems, vacuum systems, instrument air compressors, and waste discharge systems.
