Job Summary
Lead and manage the landfilling operation, ensuring all staff, visitors and contractors follow site rules and behave safely while controlling waste reception, acceptance, and disposal to maximise void use.
Manage and develop a team of machine operatives and office staff (7 direct reports, up to 30 indirect), including training plans, wages, overtime, holidays and HR/ER procedures.
Annual salary of £50,000 with either a monthly car allowance of £550 OR a company vehicle, plus an attractive yearly bonus.
