Job Summary

• The Nurse Aide in Training program provides hands-on experience and classroom instruction to prepare individuals for Certified Nursing Assistant roles.
• Trainees will assist residents with essential care needs, observe and report changes in condition, and support a safe and clean environment.
• This role requires physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, lifting, and assisting residents, with accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
