Job Summary

• The Department Business and Operations Manager provides operational, technical, and professional leadership, working collaboratively with peer Nurse Managers to support the Chief Nursing Officer and Clinical Director in delivering high-quality patient care and staff wellbeing.
• This role involves planning, directing, and controlling material resources and business activities, acting as an intermediary for financial information, and providing leadership in organizational planning, quality improvement, and collaboration.
• The position ensures compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements, including CMS Conditions of Participation, Title 22, CDPH regulations, and DNV-GL/NIAHO standards, while also developing reports, conducting monitoring, and establishing operational goals.
